Renewed Courage after Brain Tumour Treatment - Godfrey Cooray

Mr Godfrey Cooray had high fever and couldn’t get up from bed one morning. Upon MRI, it was found that he had a brain tumour, which has grown in size over the years, severely compressing the brainstem.

His children who are doctors searched for a doctor to help him and he flew to Singapore to receive treatment under Dr Daniel Tan of AARO. Mr Cooray was treated with Stereotactic Radiation Therapy (SRT) - a technologically advanced & non-invasive procedure which delivers focused radiation to the meningioma.
